Shared Vision:

Over an expansive period of time, in consultation with teaching staff, non-teaching staff, parents and pupils it has been agreed that the substantive vision for Ladeside ASC is:

“To provide a safe, happy and nurturing environment which allows each child to reach their full potential with dignity and respect.”

 

 

 

 

 

Mission Statement:

A mission statement is a broad statement of how Ladeside ASC vision will be implemented.

“Ladeside ASC will be working collaboratively with our community and external agencies to deliver a dynamic, progressive curriculum to meet the individual needs of all learners.”

Ladeside ASC values articulate the moral and academic expectations for everyone in the Ladeside ASC community. They are instrumental for setting conduct standards reinforcing the ASC expected behaviours.
